Special education is a restricted field from all of the education fields. Because of this disadvantage, a fast change and development are needed.
In order to develop the field, It is needed to enhance the qualifications of teachers, vary the used educational methods and technics and increase the diversity of the educational materials and their functions.
The goals of this project are to meet teachers from different schools, exchange the ideas with one another, research the applied method and materials in their own places and apply the experience in our schools.
By this way, we aim to contribute this restricted field to develop and enrich it.
Teachers will recognize training materials used in the field of special education in different countries and they will have a chance to learn new methods and experiences that they can apply to their classrooms.
Teachers and the other pedagogic staff by participation on activities of professional development absolve professional preparation on work place.  By implementing this project, teachers and other specialists of helping professions (psychologist, social workers, physic and speech therapists) will get more knowledge and skills in the fields of special pedagogy, psychology.
While cooperating with colleagues from other European countries their communication skills will improve
There is a big chance to improve ability of strategic planning of school management, conduct of changes in new circumstances enlarged Europe, especially into economically and socially disadvantaged regions
Partnership will start applying knowledge and experience among the other schools, methodical centres, region government institutions, will allow improving the situation and conditions of special education in the partner countries in Europe.
